BABIES AND THEIR SPECIAL AREAS

Special areas are dedicated to the exclusive care of babies. We aim to provide a homely environment where children can feel loved, happy and confident

Within the room we have: 

• Sensor mat baby monitors within the cots 
• Individual bedding 
• High chair/low table and chairs 
• Milk preparation area/steam sterilisation 
• Changing facilities within the room 
• Extensive range of toys, equipment and activities
• Soft play area where they can practice crawling or walking in safety

SHARING INFORMATION

You will of course want to know how your baby has been throughout the day. When you collect your baby, you will receive a completed day card that will detail the amount of food and drink that has been consumed. In addition it will tell you about what your baby has enjoyed during the day. We also maintain a sleeping check record as well as a record of nappy changing.

REQUESTED ITEMS

We would ask that parents kindly provide the following requisites/items: 

• Milk feeds as required by your baby.
  All bottles that are prepared will be stored in the fridge.
  Please note that we follow the rule of disposal after one hour of use.
  You may prefer to supply a tin of formula milk with pre boiled water in bottles.
  We would then use this each time your baby is in nursery.
  Please note, that any unused powder will be returned after one month.
  We are happy to serve food provided from home, should you prefer to supply this.
