Closure and fees
Posted March 25th, 2020
It is with regret we will close the doors to Billericay at 6pm this evening 25th March 2020, due to lack of staff and funding we are unable to remain open. Please continue to read on as this will update you with regard to fees. PLEASE ALL STAY WELL!
Following our necessary closure of our Nurseries at Stanford-Le-Hope and Billericay, we will be emailing you with your April invoice, which we have now reduced to 25% of the total due.
We appreciate that it will be a difficult time for many families financially over the coming weeks and months, and our invoice for your child’s place at Goldcrest will not be welcomed.
We are of course looking into sustainability grants, loans, schemes and as and when we are guided by the Local authorities and government we will claim for these, unfortunately at this point none of these are accessible. Could we please ask all parents that have not paid fees for February and March to pay as we have provided this service and many of our girls have put themselves at risk in order for this to happen.
Without your help with the payment of the smaller contribution of your child’s monthly invoice, we will not be able to sustain our business and subsequently continue to provide care for your children, or guarantee your child’s place with us. We hope this is not seen as unreasonable, we feel this is far more beneficial for all than parents giving notice, paying us full months fees and not having a nursery provision to return to.
We will endeavour to keep in touch via our Website, Facebook and email whilst our doors are closed, this will be updated weekly.
We would like to thank each and every one of you for your help and support during this terrible time. Please all keep safe and well and we will look forward to seeing you all soon.
